If you follow me on instagram (@flourishbygreta) you may have noticed I've spent the last few days in Bali with my family - if you don't, that's cool, I won't hold it against you. We've been staying in Ubud, which is about an hour out of Seminyak. Although I can see the appeal of staying in the centre of bali, the views in Ubud are absolutely breathtaking. We're surrounded by valleys, rice-patties and views of the mountains in the distance. Although Bali is such a popular holiday destinations for Australians, this is my first time here - I can now see what all the fuss is about!
I'll admit this is probably one of the simplest outfits I've put up on the blog. It's purpose was for exploring Seminyak without getting heatstroke, rather than being anything particularly noteworthy. However, I loved how the blue and white stripes looked against the grey beach, so had my brother take a few quick photos for me. The singlet & shorts have seen me through a few summers now - however my collection of rings have only been with me since Christmas time. I'm still trying to get used to the idea of wearing rings, as they are the first ones I've ever really owned. I'll be putting up a jewellery post later in the week explaining them a little further.
Wearing: Sass & Bide singlet, Bec & Bridge shorts, Douglas sandals, Shashi necklace, rings from Karen Walker (star), Elvis et Moi (love) and balinese silver markets (heart).
