So my denim collection suddenly expanded from a 0.5 (my old Rag & Bone jeggings were still technically wearable, but probably shouldn't have been) to 5. Thank you Country Road and your seemingly never ending spend & saves or mid-season sales! Although I discussed my first two CR denim purchases in this post, I thought I'd also do a quick follow-up on their jeggings as well. I nabbed this pair (and two others) for $44 each two weeks ago. They're the 'crop' variations of the current jeggings they have on their website (aside from the length I can't seem to tell any difference between them). However, on my very-average height they're just the right full-length. The pair pictured are the mid-blue colour, and I also grabbed the dark indigo and black versions.
Much like my advice in the earlier post, Country Road's denim runs large this season. I ended up getting these 3 sizes down from my regular size, so I would definitely go in-store to try these on if you're contemplating purchasing them. Aside from the sizing issue, I've once again been seriously impressed with CR's denim. I'm still a little skeptical of the whole 'jegging' concept, but CR's versions are incredibly soft and comfortable and have enough hold to not lead to unflattering, wobbly consequences. Yay!
